Workshop on "Wireless and Mobility"
This is the Third Workshop on "Wireless and Mobility" organized inside the Euro-NGI Network of Excellence (WP IA.8.3).
The Workshop is organized by CompNet Research Group from Technical University of Catalonia .
The previous editions of the Workshop where organized by Aachen University in Dagstuhl (Germany) and by Politechnico di Milano in Lago di Como (Italy) .
The workshop intends to bring together leading researchers from the Network of Excellence in "Wireless and Mobility" in order to identify the fundamental challenges and future perspective of this important area. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Venue
The Workshop will take place at
San Sebastian Playa Hotel. This Hotel is located in front of San Sebastian beach, Sitges. Sitges is a touristic village of about 21.000 inhabitants. The village is located at the meridional border of the Garraf hills, 35 km South from Barcelona.

Proceedings
The extended abstracts submitted to the workshop were distributed to the participants and can be found in the EURO-NGI deliverable WP-IA-8.3.7.
Authors are invited to send a full paper for publication as an LNCS, after a reviewing process. The process will be the following:
How to participate
  1. Send an email informing of your willingness to attend to Llorenç Cerdà llorencac.upc.edu  as soon as you know.
    In your mail indicate: This will help to make a participation estimate. This page will be updated with this information.
  2. Do the Hotel reservation.
    We have blocked 30 rooms in the Workshop Hotel for the venue. The price is 135 euro + 7% tax, breakfast included (this may change slightly). These rooms will be kept until April the 15th. If you stay in the hotel of the Workshop, please, indicate "EuroNGI Workshop" in the reservation.
    EuroNGI budged will cover lunches and a Social Event.
  3. Send an extended abstract by May the 15th. The extended abstract should not exceed two pages in conference format (two columns, 12pt fonts). The submission must include the name, complete mailing address, telephone and fax numbers and the email address of the author(s), along with keywords identifying the submission.

Travel Information
From Barcelona Airport take the train until the station Sants Estació in Barcelona. The trains have a frequency of 30 minutes aprox, and the trip is 20 minutes.
From Sants Estació take the regional train to Sitges (Regional trains are called Cercanías in spanish and Rodalies in Catalan). The trains have a frequency of 30 minutes aprox, and the the trip is about 35 minutes.
The train station in Sitges is 10 minutes walking from the hotel.
